Pretty cool..

Not bad..

First the good parts..
1. runs very smooth.
2. awesome action.
3.cool original art.
4. interesting camera movements.

Bad parts...
1. some guns weren't that greatly animated or drawn..
2. not much story...(except for random madness..which i guess is ok)
3. no blood...is it that you are lazy? or a wuss? or just squeemish?

other than that 9/10.

Very funny, but i only have one idea to improve it, make it over with an increased frame rate of like 24 and improve the timing of the lipsyncing...ok that's two things but this is awesome..
